Our conference boasts 40 sessions that serve a dual purpose: educating on a topic while modeling activities and techniques that keep learners involved. Each workshop is designed from the ground up with the purpose of creating interaction using more than 100 techniques such as small group discussions, learning partners, role playing and more. With this intentionality, our attendees find that time flies by and recalling the information is much easier than if they were only listening.
Attendees also have the opportunity to attend one of six pre-conference workshops at a reduced rate and earn a training certificate in one of four areas: delivery, design, virtual training and facilitation.

Attendees practice the coaching model shown while learning how to address and confront poor performance and unacceptable behaviors while learning how to appropriately praise and reward good performance. Rich Meiss will also help learners develop skills needed to coach people into stellar performers while determining when it's best to terminate a poor performer.
