As trainers, there are few outside our field who get as enthusiastic about "trainery things" like a new activity that worked to perfection or a different technique we implemented that had an amazing impact on our learning outcomes. As a community, we'd like to offer you a platform to share your victories from this past year with those who know where you are coming from and can share that joy with you.
