You could be part of a team that brings transformational train-the-trainer strategies to companies large and small. You’ll help clients tackle some of their biggest training monsters with customized Creative Training Techniques® workshops based on brain- and behavior-based research.

Creative thinkers. Lecture-based teaching is wasteful … and it’s everywhere. Usually the lecture is only as good as the person who’s talking, and even if the speaker is amazing, 80% of what’s taught is forgotten a day later. BPG client directors put the needs of the learner first by prescribing a repeatable, fun, participant-centered approach that gets people involved in their learning and leads to measurably stronger results.

Training insiders. Do you have frontline training or sales experience in industries like finance, healthcare, government, technology, or manufacturing? Share your wealth of knowledge to help clients create safer work environments, eliminate waste, improve productivity, and make their companies a better place to work.

Exceptional communicators. Strategic client directors know how to recognize and eliminate costly training that doesn’t add value. You understand how to identify performance solutions that lead to better results. You can help clients grasp the big picture, get buy-in, and bring ideas to life with your written and spoken words.

Entrepreneurial drivers. A successful client director will be comfortable thinking like an owner and working independently much of the time. We provide the launching pad with technology, lead generation, world class marketing, and repeat clients. You bring an appetite to help grow the business and the know-how to do it.

Credible experts. Together we’ll do much more than sell parts or move inventory. We’ll literally change the way people work, make jobs easier, and help companies grow. You are right for this job if you bring an executive presence—a calm reassurance. You listen more than you speak, ask just the right probing questions to get to the root issue, and recommend clear and compelling remedies.

  • Five years’ experience delivering corporate training or managing the training function
  • Demonstrated results in consultative sales or change management
  • Work entirely remotely from anywhere in the USA or hybrid in Minneapolis
  • Fluent running virtual meetings in Zoom, MS Teams
  • Preferred: firsthand experience with The Bob Pike Group participant-centered methodology
  • On target earnings $85,000+ first year; realistic $100,000+ as book of business grows
  • Base plus commission model with escalating, uncapped commission 5-20%
