Train the Trainer Bob Pike Group Pikes Peak Award Winner 2025

 This award recognizes learning leaders and/or their organization for implementing participant-centered training that positively impacts performance. You may nominate yourself, someone else from your company, or any learning professional who’s successfully applied The Bob Pike Group’s participant-centered methodology. This year’s submission deadline is July 15, 2027. The winners for each category will be announced by July 31 and recognized at the 33rd Annual Creative Training Techniques Conference® September 22, 2027.

In order to qualify, the candidate must meet one or more of the criteria:

  • Have implemented the Participant-Centered Approach in a foundational way — for example, redesigning a large portion or entirety of their training program(s) (live, F2F, virtual, or blended), often using Bob Pike's Results-Based Design Process, to shift training from instructor-centered to participant-centered.
  • Provide data showing the impact of this work — on trainees, on the organization or its culture, and/or on the bottom line.

Award winners receive:

  • A Personalized Pike's Peak Award
  • One complimentary conference registration
  • Half-price registration for up to 3 participants to attend the conference OR a pre-conference workshop
  • A case study to showcase specific achievements in training with conference attendees and winner’s organization
  • If the winner is unable to attend, another person may be designated to accept the award
