Kari’s Favorite Takeaways from the Bob Pike Group Annual Conference
Kari is redesigning all of their curriculum to make it a more adaptive learning module. This class is essential for her to get the interaction with the social media and adaptive pieces that she learned in class.
The interaction and how the information is presented is key. You’re immersed in what you’re learning. Rather than being “spoken to, and directed to learn something” you’re an active participant in the learning process.
This is something Kari really wanted to come to. She knew time would fly for her and she’d pick up so much information that she didn’t even know she learned. She left more energized which doesn’t typically happen in a training environment. You don’t leave The Bob Pike Group tired.

Kari recommends The Bob Pike Group to people of all training styles because the system adapts to your learning style. Not every training course can do that. Kari says “This was one of the best decisions I have made” is to come to The Bob Pike Group in the first place and continue to come back. She says she has used so much of this methodology in her classroom now and has “gotten such great results from my trainees.”
