A note of thanks for your Boot Camp this week in Denver. I had one of my Training Officers out sick yesterday, so it was PERFECT to JUMP IN and put into practice newly learned techniques. The day flew by. I wasn't tired (because I hadn't been doing all the work like I usually did!). I actually was ENERGIZED and the participants truly enjoyed it. The topic was "Practical Business Writing" - usually a bit dry, but not anymore thanks to the inspiration and reminders of participant-centered learning techniques.
The raving reviews for this particular course were a complete 360.
You make a difference to those of us out in the field - you impacted 20 NSB employees yesterday without even knowing it. I had a wonderful time at the workshop and wanted to be sure to share the good news and many thanks for everything. I have seven training officers all set to attend other sessions - we are going to be on fire at this place - can't wait!!
