Ken Gimm, of the Korean Leadership Center in Seoul, South Korea, has been a Bob Pike Group partner since 2004 working primarily with businesses in South Korea. In 2009, Ken decided to broaden the scope of programming to include Research-Based Creative Teaching Strategies for educators. He completed the certification process in January 2010 and began presenting the program to teachers in Seoul. His intent was to expand the training opportunities to make it possible for teachers throughout the entire country to attend.
Ken is delighted with the positive response to the program. He already has waiting lists for the upcoming sessions and is adding more dates to the calendar. The feedback from the teachers who have taken the workshop has encouraged Ken to consider adding an additional certification in Designing Lessons That SCORE, another Bob Pike Group workshop for educators.
KLC is the sixth organization to become a certified educational partner with The Bob Pike Group.
