Certified Partner Ken Gimm Wins Pikes Peak Award

The Korean Leadership Center, under the guidance of Ken Gimm, won the Pike’s Peak award from The Bob Pike Group at their seventeenth annual conference in Minneapolis on Sept. 15, 2010. This award gives formal recognition to learning leaders and/or their organization for their implementation of Participant-Centered training that positively impacts performance. Since becoming a Master Trainer of Research-Based Creative Teaching Strategies in January 2010, Ken has trained several other trainers at the Korean Leadership Center, and he and his team are presenting approximately 20 sessions per month to educators in Seoul and throughout South Korea. “RCTS is having an immediate impact on teachers,” Gimm states. “We will continue to help educators by offering this program in more areas of the country.”
The Korean Leadership Center is considering the addition of Designing Lessons That SCORE and the Four Keys to Student Motivation to their repertoire in 2011.

Congratulations to Ken and his team at KLC! Thank you for adding value and making a difference in the lives of students and teachers in South Korea.
