Revisiting 2025: To trainers and learners who made it unforgettable!

This year, we had the privilege of traveling the world over trainer trainers just like you. We flew to India, Poland, and Canada, but also plenty of U.S.-based classrooms and the virtual space.
Here’s what 2025 taught us about learning, leadership, and showing up for others.

What We Saw Across the Industry

  • Training budgets are tightening, but organizations continue to invest in high-quality, external facilitation and participant-centered approaches.
  • Instructor-led and interactive formats remain dominant, with microlearning, simulations, and AI training growing rapidly.
  • Measuring learning impact goes beyond hours trained: employee satisfaction, retention, and performance improvement are what truly matter.
  • Upskilling and leadership development continue to be top priorities, with organizations recognizing that engaged learners drive business outcomes.*

What We Learned at BPG

  • Engagement every 10 minutes, practical handouts, and active participation makes knowledge stick—every time.
  • Experienced learners are ready to embrace change when training connects to their real-world work.
  • Even in high-pressure or highly regulated environments (like the military and insurance), participant-centered design delivers measurable results and inspires repeat learning.
  • Celebrating learners, acknowledging wins, and creating moments of fun amplifies retention and application.
  •
