Every person has a story to tell, and it can be fun to find out what makes a person tick. Here are a few things about Scott Enebo that you probably didn't already know, no matter how long you may have worked with him!
What is the best part about being a trainer?
I love connecting with people and trying to find a way to be of service. I want others to enjoy their work as much as I do, and if I can share tools and techniques that will get them excited and ready to try something new then that can be one measure of success.
What is the best part about being a participant-centered trainer?
The best part about being a participant-centered trainer is watching the energy in the room build and the ideas fly around. If I have done my job well, I love the look that flashes across people’s faces when we say that it is time for lunch as they say, “Already? I lost track of time!” because they were so invested in the learning experience.
How does what you learn on the job tie-in to your personal life?
I think that what I do on the job mirrors what I do in life. I know that we have to buy into things otherwise we will resist them. With my kids, I try and encourage experience as a teacher so that the lessons will stick longer.
What do you see as the most important things to do or keep in mind as an effective trainer?
What is the thing of which you are most proud that you have done/accomplished?
Having been a contributor to several books (something that I always wanted to do someday)
What are things that bring you joy?
Adventures I still want to have:
