Positive Immediate Feedback from "Sendors" | Letters to the Editor

I wanted to update you on my most recent training initiative since attending your workshop.

I did incorporate several things I learned in class. I chose team leads first before doing group activities; I had participants stand, share with a partner, and debrief a self-reflective exercise. We recapped and reviewed content after break, and I kept the “instructor-led and participant-centered" philosophy foremost in my mind.

This was a four-hour session in Tampa last Friday and the feedback was excellent. As a matter of fact, the HR director called me first thing this morning (Monday) and told me how pleased she was, that she was getting great feedback, and planned to sit with each participant to ask them how they are now going to use what they've learned. That is the first time I have gotten such immediate, direct follow-up from a "sendor."
