Passionate about performance improvement, Michelle functions as a catalyst for sales teams and individuals to sharpen their skills in interpersonal communication, leadership development, change management and diversity/inclusion. Before joining The Bob Pike Group, Michelle worked in learning and development for General Mills. There she led instructional design and facilitation for corporate sales, new hire and intern training courses. Michelle is also a member of the Association for Talent Development and is a certified behavioral specialist.
