·         Decide which e-learning approach best accomplishes a business objective

 

Instructional Design Models

·         Practice writing effective objectives

·         Employ strategies to move beyond telling the answers

·         Identify six types of intent

·         Contrast rapid prototyping with conventional ADDIE

·         Isolate what needs to be taught vs. nice to know and online reference

·         Chart an e-learning development path to benefit you and your organization

·         Recognize characteristics of a successful e-Learning contributor

·         Get started with a personal development path

·         Distinguish your fit with different e-Learning roles
