Cancellation Policy
There is a $200 administration fee charged to all cancellations. Registrations cancelled after August 22, 2008, are subject to the full fee. A company may substitute one person for another. All substitutions or cancellations must be in writing. The Bob Pike Group reserves the right to make subsequent cancellations or changes if circumstances require.
