REQUIREMENTS
Completing each certificate requires you to attend a specified workshop and the 17th Annual Training and Performance Improvement Conference Sept. 15-17, 2010. • For the Delivery Certificate, you may attend a Train-the-Trainer Boot Camp in any city. • For the Design Certificate, you may attend Instructional Design for Participant-Centered Training in any city. • For the Facilitation Certificate, you may attend Presentation Skills for Trainers and Subject Matter Experts in any city.
THE 4 STEP PROCESS Download the application and fax it to (952) 829-0260 or call (800) 383-9210. Attend the corresponding workshop before or as a pre-conference workshop at the 17th Annual Training and Performance Improvement Conference. At the 17th Annual Training and Performance Improvement Conference, attend 9 hours of workshops specified for each certificate program (see the application form for the classes that pertain to each certificate program) Complete and receive a passing score on a 30-Day post event Online Skill Assessment which will be a review of the content presented. Upon completion of the first four steps, you will receive the certificate, logo, announcement letter from Bob and preferred status within The Bob Pike Group.
