The 4 Keys to Student Motivation is based on the ARCS Motivation Model developed by Dr. John Keller. This program defines and explores each of the four components of Attention, Relevance, Confidence and Satisfaction with examples related to their use in the classroom. Folded into these four categories are elements of the Instructor-Led Participant-Centered Model of instructional design. This is a one-day program designed especially for educators during which they will experience active learning that can be easily replicated with students in their classrooms.
Presentation Skills for New Trainers and Subject Matter Experts This fundamental train-the-trainer course is designed for new trainers/educators who are entering the field of training or current educators who want to improve their effectiveness in the classroom. Participants of this course learn the basic skills and competencies of training delivery, facilitation and classroom management and is designed to improve platform, classroom management, presentation, and training skills.
Dealing with Reluctant Learners This customized program digs in specifically to creative teaching strategies designed to deal with reluctant learners and difficult participants. Coaching is a core competency in today's high performing workplace, yet most supervisors and managers have had little or no training in effective coaching. Poor performance often goes unchallenged in the workplace, with the hope it will somehow straighten out on its own. This process will help managers learn to be good coaches and mentors. This workshop will help your supervisors and managers learn the strategies and skills to coach with confidence and deal with tough people issues.
Making Meetings Work Learn how to facilitate a successful meeting before, during and after the meeting. Explore basic guidelines and proven methods for conducting productive meetings and getting better post-meeting results. Effective meetings increase your productivity and morale.
