Research-Based Creative Teaching Strategies - RCTS
RCTS is a uniquely active and exciting learner centered approach that unlocks the innate talents of teachers, turns the focus away from lecture-based teaching toward instructor-led small group interaction; and helps students adapt, adopt, and apply what they learn. This program is similar to the Boot Camp, yet created specifically for educators at all levels who work with students or adults. Certification Program Available. PROVEN RESULTS!

In this highly interactive workshop you will experience effective openers, closers, energizers, and revisiters that you can use immediately with any level of students, especially adults. You will also be exploring a research-based learner-centered model for designing and delivering instruction. By the end of the day, you will be able to recognize the elements of a learner-centered classroom. Time will be allocated during the course to start writing a lesson plan using your content that incorporates those elements. Join us for a day of energizing, active learning!

Presentation Skills for New Trainers and Subject Matter Experts
This fundamental train-the-trainer course is designed for new trainers/educators who are entering the field of training or current educators who want to improve their effectiveness in the classroom. Participants of this course learn the basic skills and competencies of training delivery, facilitation and classroom management and is designed to improve platform, classroom management, presentation, and training skills.

Bob Pike's Train-the-Trainer Boot Camp®
This empowering workshop is jam-packed with easy-to-apply participant-centered techniques to increase the energy, fun, and provide immediate measurable results to your training programs! Dealing with Reluctant Learners
This customized program digs in specifically to creative teaching strategies designed to deal with reluctant learners and difficult participants. Difficult participant behaviors can be effectively managed and often prevented by the skills and techniques employed by a participant-centered facilitator or teacher.

This program assists educators to effectively adapt platform and classroom training techniques to one-on-one learning situations.

Creative Training Techniques® for Technical Trainers A specialized workshop that models our powerful and effective participant-centered training strategies and applies them directly to technical content.

Coaching for Success©
Coaching is a core competency in today's high performing workplace, yet most supervisors and managers have had little or no training in effective coaching. Poor performance often goes unchallenged in the workplace, with the hope it will somehow straighten out on its own. This process will help managers learn to be good coaches and mentors. This workshop will help your supervisors and managers learn the strategies and skills to coach with confidence and deal with tough people issues.

Storytelling for Trainers/Educators/Presenters
Storytelling is one of the oldest and most powerful communication techniques; yet, it is seldom taught and rarely practiced by presenters and trainers. Stories illustrate, dramatize, and reinforce key concepts. This program assists participants to develop compelling, relevant, and memorable stories.

Making Meetings Work
Learn how to facilitate a successful meeting before, during and after the meeting. Explore basic guidelines and proven methods for conducting productive meetings and getting better post-meeting results. Effective meetings increase your productivity and morale.
