3-Day Train-the-Trainer Boot Camp Agenda

During the first two days of Boot Camp, we explore and experience the concepts of participant-centered training. Day Three builds on this information by helping you engage your participants and apply interactive training design and delivery. This extra day allows you to apply your new knowledge by moving you from participant to trainer as you take your own material and make it interactive. Two sessions are built into the day to allow you to present, providing a safe environment to practice your participant-centered training design and delivery. You will also benefit from additional coaching from The Bob Pike Group consultant as you prepare your presentation, more takeaways as you get involved with your peers' presentations and instant feedback from your peers and The Bob Pike Group training consultant. A focus of this day is practical application of interactive design. As a participant, you will receive a supplemental spiral bound book filled with additional creative tips, techniques and design pages that will help streamline your design process.
