RCTS is a workshop customized by teachers for teachers, educators and administrators and focuses on a learner-centered approach to classroom learning. RCTS combines current research with tips and tools from years of creative training experience and applies them to the education sector. The results of RCTS in the classroom have been phenomenal and school districts and educational organizations are now utilizing their own teacher-trainers through our certification program to continue these successful strategies.

Overview and Benefits of RCTS:

• Created by teachers for educators working with students and adults.
• Research-based program focused on the learner-centered approach.
• In compliance with NCLB.
• Participants are educators and administrators - allows for great networking/sharing of best practices.
• 100% educational-based language.
• Documented results have shown increases in student grades, attitudes towards subjects and standardized test scores.
• Meets Standards of Excellence, based on the work of Pike, Mehrabian, Marzano, Pickering & Pollack.
• Available through a public 2-day workshop, customized onsite 1 to 3 day workshops, at conferences or through certification.
