Priscilla Shumway has been educating and training adults for over 25 years. A former public school teacher and corporate trainer, Priscilla has focused her energies on staff development in the education and software industry since 1991. As President of New Learning Presentation Systems, she heads up their national cadre of trainers and is responsible for course content development. New Learning Presentation Systems specializes in professional development, learning styles and educational software.
A noted speaker at national conferences, she has presented to audiences on such topics as Powerful Presentations, Honoring Diversity of Thinking Styles, Creative Training Techniques™ for Technical Trainers and Teachers as Consultants. Priscilla brings to each of her training programs a wide variety of experience in adult education and technical training. Her presentations have been recognized with high evaluations in technical learning environments. She introduces trainers to the participant-centered approach to learning with relevant, practical and effective training techniques that get results in the classroom.

Priscilla holds a BA in Education from Antioch College and an M.Ed. in Creative Arts in Education from Rutgers University. She has had advanced studies in Accelerated Learning, Integrative Learning and Learning Styles and has studied with such notables as Ken Dunn and Ned Herrmann.
