If you can go to both, that would be ideal. If not I would start with the T3 (Train the Trainer) 101. If you have not developed technical training, I would also recommend the book Developing Technical Training, available from the online store. I had to re-read the first few chapters of the book a few times to really understand the concepts, but after I got it, it was very helpful. Its the best 32.00 I've ever had a company spend.

HI,
I'm in the same situation. What course did you choose. I was planning on doing both.
Thanks,
Patty

As as new trainer, I attented TtT101. It was awesome. It focused more on presentation. However if you are wanting assistance with the creating/designing side of training, I would suggest TtTBC.

If you are new to training I would highly recommend Train the Trainer. When I first got into training my supervisor sent me to that course and it started a great foundation for my training experience.

I am looking at the options for the Train the Trainer sessions -- there are two, Train the Trainer Boot Camp, and Train-The-Trainer 101.

Which one is best for someone who is completely new to training, and needs to create a complete training program for a software product that my company manufactures?

Thanks!
MJ
