Here's a quick exercise that gets people moving while visually demonstrating how important it is to get everyone moving in the same, and right, direction.

Instructor script:

Stand up.

Close your eyes.

Turn your body in the direction you think is north and point.

Now, open your eyes. You'll notice not everyone is facing the same way.

Now show everyone which way is north. Have participants debrief how this activity applies to the purpose of your workshop or module.
