Senior Sales Director Position Open
By Bob Pike Group

The Bob Pike Group is hiring a person to supervise two other sales persons, but spend approximately 80 percent of time in developing his/her own sales portfolio. The company seeks a person with solid sales experience and training in a well respected company that is grounded in selling best practices and disciplines. Selling is largely through referrals and leads and is based primarily on phone contacts and phone meetings. Little travel is involved accept to a small number of conferences and tradeshows.

Our company is the international leader in training consulting, and our clients are generally fortune 500 companies, government agencies and the military. We focus on teaching participant-centered training techniques to our clients' human resources and training organizations. Experience in selling services is a plus.

Compensation includes a base salary ($55,000 to $65,000), plus commissions and bonus potential. The successful incumbent should be earning $100,000+ within a year of starting, although compensation will be significantly lower initially as the candidate develops his/her sales portfolio.
