Learning Leaders Fieldbook Released
The MASIE Center recently released a Creative Commons License ebook called Learning Leaders Fieldbook. Edited by CONSORTIUM Colleague Bill Byron Concevitch and coordinated by Brooke Thomas-Record, the Learning Leaders Fieldbook is a practical, open-source resource that "is designed to bring you insight into the worlds and daily realities of a prestigious group of learning leaders," writes Concevitch. "We've captured their thoughts and some guiding principles and actions that they believe have aided their success."

Fun and Inexpensive Training Videos
Common Craft, by Lee LeFever, puts together short videos (about 4 minutes in length on average) that help explain things like wikis, Twitter, investing money, and even CFL light bulbs. You can go to YouTube and type in "Common Craft" or "leelefever" to see their stuff likes "Wikis in Plain English." You can then link over to their website [www.commoncraft.com] if you want to purchase a presentation quality version. If you're an individual buying for your business, costs start at $20. If you're a business that wants to put it on your website, cost is $350 and up.
