The Bob Pike Group Certifies New Education Partner
By Adrianne Roggenbuck

The Lake County Regional Office of Education in Grayslake, Ill., is The Bob Pike Group’s newest education agency certified partner.

Shay McCorkle was certified to present Research-Based Creative Teaching Strategies in April 2009 and will present the program to educators in her region this summer. Shay has been an educational consultant for the Lake County ROE since August 2008. Besides being a Bob Pike Certified Trainer for RCTS, she also has expertise in the areas of Reading and Writing. Congratulations and welcome, Shay!

The Lake County ROE joins two other certified partners in Illinois: the Professional Development Alliance in Joliet and the Two Rivers Professional Development Center in Peoria. Please check the News & Notes section of the ezine for a listing of the dates of their programs, as well as those in Iowa and Kentucky. All of our certified partners are offering the Research-Based Creative Teaching Strategies and three of them are additionally certified to present Designing Lessons That SCORE.

If you would like more information on becoming a Bob Pike Group Certified Partner, please contact Tina Altman at taltman@bobpikegroup.com or by calling (952)829-2665.
