U of M and BPG Partner for Continuing Ed
The University of Minnesota has partnered with The Bob Pike Group to offer one of the most comprehensive Train-the-Trainer Certificate Programs available. Bob Pike will be kicking off the certificate program December 2 with the first course, Creative Training Techniques.
The program uses research-based, field-tested creative training strategies to show how to effectively manage and influence people in educational and training situations. The highly interactive and engaging courses focus on training facilitation skills, participant-centered methodologies, presentation skills, design strategies, and more. Certificate completion requires three required courses and one elective for a total of 42 contact hours. The courses may be taken in any order, but must be completed within two years of the first course. For information, go to http://www.cce.umn.edu/certificateprograms/ttt/ .
